From the moment I worked in Mrs Bama Selvaraj was professional in every way. She explained my previous tests, what she was going to and my treatment. I had some worries and anxieties and put me at ease. During my examination, she was careful and gentle causing the minimum of discomfort. After the procedure, she explained her findings and treatment, all the time, minimising my concerns. After several months of trying to get some answers, she gave me them along with some literature. I have really not come across anyway, who has showed understanding and patience in the NHS like Mrs Selvaraj did last Friday. I would like to thank her for making me feel at ease and reassured.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and treatment I received from Mrs Bama Selvaraj and her team on the 18th August. I was made to feel at ease while Mrs Selvaraj talked me through the process, while I watched what was going on through the monitor behind my head. This took my mind off the slit pain that I felt as the Nurse held on to my hand. This fit should tell the NHS that women doing this type of gynaecologycol procedure are more emphatic with the patient. If there was a male doing the same procedure I know he would not have made the adjustable when I said I was in pain. I know this because it was very painful going in and I grabbed onto that poor nurses hand with both my hands. I hope that this helps the NHS to see that a all female team is the best way forward.
