I attended an appointment yesterday afternoon at KGH. Bama and the other 2 nurses in the room made the whole unpleasant experience as painless and quick as possible. They explained everything clearly and helped me to understand the procedure. All three ladies are a credit to the NHS and are so very kind and thoughtful and understanding. We often take the NHS for granted and don’t give them the thanks and praise they deserve. I am grateful that they were there for my procedure yesterday and for the dignity and kindness they showed me. Thank you very much.
