I was seen by Mrs Bama Selvaraj today (24/08/2022) and her colleagues for a diagnostic hysteroscopy. I was made to feel comfortable and supported. If I had any questions I was listened to and answered carefully. I was also talked to by the attending team so I felt less nervous during the examination. I would have no problems with any further treatment as I know I would be attended to professionally and efficiently.

I was made to feel totally relaxed by all the staff within the room. I was listened to and not rushed , I was constantly asked if I was feeling okay and the procedure was explained and that continued throughout the procedure. Once the procedure was finished I did not feel rushed and was encouraged to take my time. Everything that had happened through the procedure was explained to me at the end and I was given time to reflect and ask questions if I had any. It was not a nice procedure but was made better by the staff and care.
