There was a lot of information to process which Mrs Bama Selvaraj similfied. She was able to assess the urgency in my operation/ treatment having assessed me and reading the document from my private gynaecologist. She was very honest and reassuring. I was spoken to in a dignified manner and my concerns were addressed. All leaflets were provided and explained. I was shown and talked through all documents which i signed and now awaiting my date.
