I went to the appointment without the full gist of what I am doing, I thought I was just doing a scan. Getting there, as she was explaining the procedure, I became nervous. I am a person that will voice my feelings. She and her team did a brilliant job to calm me down, she gave me the option of coming back. As she and her team were talking to me, I was able to reset my brain for the procedure. I was expecting to go through painful procedure, but I just sat there waiting for when the pain will come, and she said cough and still waiting for the pain to show, but rather she announced we are done, one of the ladies try to distract me and the other giving me information. Great teamwork and Mrs Selvaraj in my view carry the other two nurses with her and they trust her which makes it easy for clients (me) trust them with my health. Thank you
