I was given clear concise information in a way I could understand. I felt that he listened to me and really alleviated my fears. He wasn't put off by the fact that other concerned members of my family were there also and answered all their questions as well. I felt relieved that someone knew exactly how I was feeling and knew my disease well. I couldn't speak highly enough of his attitude and training of using the needle/pens was first class.
