I have met with Micheal this morning for my initial assessment. He put me at ease straight away treating it more like a chat than a formal assessment which made it easier for me. Micheal had clearly read the information that had been sent prior to my assessment which made me feel that he was interested and cared about what he is doing.

Michael approached the meeting professionally but also conversationally. He made it clear that he was looking to answer certain questions, which made me feel that the questions would be consistent for all clients. Michael listened actively, and helped me to develop my answers. We covered a lot of ground over the hour call. Michael explained clearly about what the report will cover, that it is not a diagnosis and the routes I am free to choose once I receive the report. He was clear about the timescale. There was an opportunity to raise questions, and Michael also gave the opportunity to ask questions after the call, should any arise.
