I am a relatively new member of staff and dan has been super helpful in terms of helping me understand local system and processes for blood tests and other physical health monitoring. He’s gone above and beyond to help organise (and take) blood tests for patients, and feedback any problems with this promptly.He’s also assisted me in navigating ICE, getting me registered and set this up on my computer. In my last trust this took many months and was incredibly demoraling and time consuming. Dan’s assistance has been very welcome and his role is invaluable.
