Andrew is my husband's CNS. We met him briefly at our first meeting with the consultant at Rosemere Cancer Centre when he gave us his contact details and assured us that we could call him any time. We find him to be professional yet approachable and friendly so have no hesitation in calling on him when needed. He is always able to provide the information we need and if he doesn't have to hand will check and call back promptly. If anything is worrying us he is able to reassure us and / or point us in the right direction as appropriate. If you are fortunate to have Andrew as your CNS please make use of his services as he has proved invlauable.

Andrew is my husband's CNS. We have found him to be professional yet approachable and friendly. He has listened to all our questions and answered them honestly and fully. If he has been unavailable when we have contacted him his voicemail has been in operation and he has contacted us as soon as possible with the information we have needed. We are grateful to have him as CNS.

I would describe my care as excellent. Andrew showed compassion and concern during all appointments and chased up appointments and treatment times when in clinic. Importantly, Andrew responded to our queries and concerns promptly and accurately which helped immensely.
