He was always helpful and caring and provided me with information whenever I needed it. Two improvements that could be made are more information at the start of Radiotherapy on diet and after completion of Radiotherapy on the written Treatment Summary.

Andrew put my fears aside with ease, he explained everything in an understandable way so that i felt confident that i would be treated respectfully and i was able to ask questions without feeling embarrassed . I was given very helpful advice about how to cope with the effects of the treatment and i was invited to phone him anytime if i needed to talk to him, nothing was too much trouble and i felt he was considerate and genuinely wanted to make sure i was being looked after while i was attending daily radiotherapy appointments, i feel grateful for the attention he gave me and my family. Thank you very much.
