I thought this nurse was respectful, polite, and very helpful. He listened to what I said and picked out things to discuss that could be helpful, such as a new product to try. He explained why another product might not be helpful to prevent a problem I sometimes get and instead suggested something different. I was grateful that he respected my not wanting an examination and allowed me to send photos via email instead. It was helpful that he said I could contact the team if I have any problems and explained how to do that. It was great that I could have the appointment online for practical reasons (busy timetable, small child at home etc).
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am glad you found the discussions useful. We are here to help if needed.
It's the first time I've done a video consultation, Andrew made me feel very at ease. Lovely helpful chap
Very thorough & informative
Thank you. . I'm glad you found the consultation useful.
Really professional and knowledgable. Explaining situation clearly and proposed solutions for me to try to resolve my problem. Trainee practitioner Louise was helpful and professional dealing with me.
I found Andrew to be very compassionate and concise with his advice. This was delivered in a very professional manner.
