Wonderful communication and speed with any potential worries I had. Had a small issue with delivery of stuff, due to COVID, and they were amazing and helping sort it.
A great and valuable service. Convenient and professional.
Hannah was a great support. She answered all my questions, and was very responsive to my experiences of the medication, so we were able to adjust things and find a solution that worked well for me. She also helped me understand how everything worked,
I left like I was in safe hands; the care was first class. The response time every time I reached out was perfect, I rarely had long for a response. Any queries I had were engaged with fully and compassionately.
I felt I had full input in my treatment during the titration period and I've completed the titration completely satisfied with the conclusion.
Very responsive and thorough in reviewing my readings and titration doses. Very helpful in answering my questions and expectations of treatment.
