Hannah was very calm and informative. It was very clear that she had a very good understanding of ADHD and the medication. She was very responsive and replied in a timely manner to everything I asked of her. I have a tendency to overreact sometimes, her approach was very reassuring without being patronising and was never dismissive of my concerns. I couldn't have wished for a better experience, and am little sad it's finished!

Hannah has been my titration nurse for ADHD medications I haven’t been the easiest patient. I wasn’t one of the lucky ones for whom the first medication they try works I asked a lot of questions as I learnt how the medications impacted me, and I needed help working out how to manage the meds in my daily life. Hannah always answered my questions. Sometimes I had struggled to explain what I meant and had to rephrase and ask again. She always came back to me and even when we had to exchange several messages we always got there. In the context I worked with her, Hannah works within the constraints of a system where messages are not exchanged in real time. So responses can be slower than I would have liked. Which was hard for me because as someone with adhd, when I am focused on sorting something, I want to just get on and do it while I have the energy. Hannah just kept going through all of that frustration. She kept answering my questions. And we got to a good solution. It was worth it. My diagnosis and the medication we finally settled on have profoundly changed things for me. I feel less shame. My rejection sensitivity is much reduced, I have stopped biting my nails and comfort/fidget eating. I have found ways to enjoy exercise for the first time. This has helped me ask for what I need at work and start talking about my skills differently - I am confident that by being different I add value. I have had to work hard get those things and it doesn't all come from a psychiatrist appointment and the medication titration Hannah provided. The medication has given me the space in my mind to do that work and to find the extra tools and techniques I needed. If Hannah hadn’t kept going and found me the meds I needed I wouldn’t have that.

Very helpful and quick to respond, especially considering how busy they have been. Took my suggestions into account and came to good solutions.
