I had the appointment with Anna today. It was my first time seeing her, but beforehand I had a contact with her about change of dates in my visit over email. She responded to my email immediately, which was very reassuring. From the beginning she acted professionally and friendly at the same time, which is so important in the care services, when people had to deal with pain, sufferings and fear. I was very much impressed with Anna's work, her attitude and the treatment I got. She is an example to follow.
