Once again Gini explained everything in detail to us, she has always been at the end of the phone & answered my questions, she goes above & beyond to put you at ease, even today, she was running late with appointments but not once did I feel rushed, Gini still gave 100% of her time to me, my partner & I are extremely grateful & told her this.
