Excellent work, keep it up and thank you.
Patient was discharged after 2 days from the assessment ward and went home whereas she should have been transferred to the palliative ward.
After recalling G.P. after a few days then being admitted to Royal Ghent and then transferred to palliative she then received excellent care on the palliative ward.
All staff are professional and helpful.
Excellent service and care.
Dr Gleeson have been very helpful in looking after me and cared for my needs. Louise and team of St David's Trust & St Annes have been excellent in looking after me. Yours sincerely Margaret Young
My initial critism is that after my father was given his diagnosis, I felt that he and we were left.
I spoke to his palliative care nurse about this and they then called to say hello daily. Were very good in his remaining days, very supportive to immediate family and to the grown up grandchildren.
I was glad unless the team including Dr. Isomen and Dr. Glessen took over although i am not fully aware of my diagnosis yet, they have and are doing everything to find out. Previous to them taking my case over i was not at all happy with the doctor at my own surgery.
Thank you.
While in the final weeks the palliative care team were suspect, the proceeding weeks were very difficult, with some lack of coordination between GP and specialist teams which meant delay in diagnosis/ discussion also due to bank holiday.
Ray's with to come home was not fulfilled until the last day.
The service I had was excellent.
