Nurses and doctors spoke to me politely and checked I was okay with everything before doing anything. I did have to carry around an open urine sample around ambulatory care and sit wit it until a nurse came which was a little bit embarrassing as the pot didn't even do up.

My wife always felt she was in a safe, caring and professional unit. All stroke unit from top to bottom in terms of role were unfailingly polite and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Well done and thank you all.
