- Whole team very caring and did a very good job of easing my concerns.
- Everything explained clearly.

- Rid off parking charges.
- Would not be so bad if money went to the hospital.

It was nice and quiet.
Dr V. Nice explained everything in his own time.
Nurses very nice and patient, although does not understand everything said.
(not staff fault - as often doesn't follow what said).
Given lunch enjoyed.
Likes the way the staff get on together when they need to.
