Care is first class - staff are first class. Waiting times need looking at - it appears these are only there to tick boxes. Administrators should not dictate when clinicians perform operations.

Very good, very caring and thorough. Good explanations, hospitality and help. Thank you. 3 hrs working for discharge is an awful long while!

Care was good although communication could be better between staff and relatives; could be improved by information being voluntarily given.
Staff were very helpful when approached.
Mum was treated with great care and compassion.
Lovely staff and gratedful thanks.
