Staff friendly and considerate. I came in for IV antibiotics and once treatment finished, although I still felt unwell, I am being discharged. I just hope good progress an pain relief is adequate and I don't need re-admittance. Oral antibiotics continue. I'd be interested to know what inflammatory markers read today. Bedside cabinet meds section not clean.

Everyone is helpful and supportive. Friendly. Ready to explain the circumstances and treatment programmes. I cannot fault the treatment I have received. It's excellent.

Kept informed and updated on all treatment but because this is a emergency admission unit. Some of the staff are not fully trained with breathing illness and this could reflect on a longer stay.
