Friendly, professional staff with a great sense of humor - helped the day go by fast. Excellent food, great cups of tea/coffee etc etc. I can only say I had the best care possible. Thank you so much.

Delays with medication hinders recovery. Communication with some staff could be improved. Eg I had 2 times blood tests taken on consecutive days and repeatedly asked for the results. I was told they hadn't been checked, so why bother taking them.
