All staff were excellent. No improvements needed. Good leaflet sent out beforehand which helped preparation. Really helps when staff are friendly - like the nurse in the blue dress!

Everyone is making you feel very comfortable, is so incredibly nice and the doctors are extremely helpful and trying to find a solution. I felt so well looked after.
