For the first time ever with this recurring issue, (seen at other NHS establishments) Yeovil A and E actually talked to me about investigating it further and not just patching me up and shipping me out. So grateful for their actions, help and humor! Great team all round in AEC. Esp thanks to Emma Court and Maya and Kelly.

My husband came to A and E as he has a back condition, he wasn't helped at all and was kicked out of A and E at 2 am in the morning and left to walk home in a lot of pain!
