Admitted on Monday. Still in on Wednesday. Bed had not been made or changed. Hardly saw anybody. Hours went by no-one, came in, felt very lonely and forgotten but staff that did appear were friendly.

Pleasant environment. Extremely professional staff. General demeanor of all staff has been excellent. Kept very well informed by all medical staff. Very informative briefing by respiratory nurse.
