The care was as expected good. However, a constant frustration is being asked about medical history. I told the ambulance driver and all my drug use which was diligently inputted in to a tablet. Then all again in A and E (every drug I use). Them the first doctor that sees me asks me what drugs I use!! There after every doctor or consultant asks the same. Why not put this on a chart attached to bed?
