Environment, clean, calm (no piped music, hooray), warm but not hot, reasonably spacious and easy to walk round; seats comfortable and varied in height etc, drinks H and C available, loos clean, clearly signed. Staff manner: calm, quiet voices, pleasant eye contact and manners. I was pleased to hear all staff (except receptionists, N/A) say my name is X; what would you like me to call you? P.T. advice excellent: detailed, responsive, thoughtful.
