Granted it was early (8:15 am) and A&E was estremely quiet. I am sure that the attitude of the staff is consistant - extremely polite and efficient. I felt like a person and not just a number on a piece of paper. Overall a very well handled experience. I don't think that reference to 'ethnic group' is relevant on this questionaire and there should be an option for non-disclosure if so desired. I feel that everyone should be treated as equal according to their needs.
