The criticism I have is the painfull time and effort it takes from being admitted and going to first available bed which was in a general ward and them contacting Kingston ward which took all day pre op and the ward kept telling me I wasn't going when Kingston told me I was. It was a shame as this was bringing me down before op and I didn't do too well in anaesthetics side. Matron came to see me in the end and nurse apologised to me, but it was out of line. Your comments
