I was greeted politely by the receptionist and told what would happen. When the nurse came she was extremely pleasant introducing herself as Tracy. She offered me a gown if I wanted one and explained about the 24 hour monitor. She continued to talk to me in a kind and professional manner. A great credit to herself and the NHS. Thank you.
