My mother was admitted after suffering from a severe fainting episode. The paramedic that was first on the scene was calm, professional and put her at ease. The ambulance service were equally first class. On arrival at the hospital we were seen almost immediately and mum underwent tests. All the staff involved were keen to keep us informed. We have much admiration for the doctors and nurses who do a difficult job with huge compassion.
