I had a bone densitometry appointment with Chris at the X-ray department of Yeovil Hospital. The lady at reception was friendly and informative, giving me the form to complete while I waited for my appointment time. Chris was prompt, and efficient. He explained the process to me throughout and made me feel at ease. I didn't feel rushed at any stage of the appointment.
