Throughout my stay i was mostly treated great. There was one incident that i was left in pain (through a full bladder not being able to empty) for 5 hours. Once i had a catheter put in place i was left in a bed covered with blood and urine all night. The other staff were excellent & this one team member surely does let the side down.
