Everything was as I expected. Clearly dignified, friendly staff, informative. Need 4 tapes on the back of the gowns though - chilly bum, not nice! The hospital has improved such a lot over recent years, I congratulate you all for your efforts. I still have major concerns with the car park though. Best wishes.
