The ambulance arrived to my daughters broken ankle in 1 hour. They made her comfortable and even helped her go to the toilet before leaving gym club. Their care calmed her and made her more comfortable. Both men from Shepton Mallett area were magnificent and deserve a pay rise. In hospital she was assessed very quickly and X-Rayed. The staff here were equally as kind and caring but the A and E seemed very busy and needed more staff.
