amazing care by all members of the team. felt cared for and fully supported. fabulous breastfeeding support and liked that you had designated breastfeeding specialists on the ward to access. only critisms would be: i was suprised about the high turnover of staff on freya ward and made this hard for continuity initially. also was told on day i got to freya ward day of birth) that i would be likely discharged next day and after having no sleep prior to birth and being first child, breastfeeding this worried me a little. however further staff never made me feel that i shouldnt have been on the ward still and gave me time and reassurance with being able to breastfeed independently. special thanks to vicki midwife and charlotte infant team support worker for going that extra mile.
