The staff have too many paitents to look after and therefore come across stressed .and sometimes you feel that didn't ought to disturb them even though they can't do enough for you . There are some members of staff care assistants that have not such a good attitude but on the whole are very helpful I think it's the quantity of paitents that make them come across that way
