Friendly staff Hospitable Offered food while in the day centre Kept informed about what was going on All investigations and recommendations made after the one appointment Letter given to us to pass on to GP and nursing home. Involved in our own decision making - as best we can do that! Pity we had to wait until 4.30 for the CT scan - but worth it as only had to attend once
