The heirarchial class demonstrated is not conducive to good working relations the high priest syndrome (where info is not dissseminated down)is too common). There is a good work ethic but excessive subservience to the "doctors" Thanks to all for your attention but please try to have staff answer the telephone and patients' call alarms
