The therapist was always clear about treatment and the next steps. It was good to know what to expect. Each unit was helpful regarding treatment, my exercises at home and encouraging. Also, and this is a rare skill, I think, she understood and responded to the vulnerability a patient/(I) feels, and was reassuring, warm, and professional. Thank you so much. Also receptionists always pleasant and helpful, even when appointments had to be rescheduled. Thank you.
