I arrived at the dept and was greeted with a smile from reception ,always a good start .Was directed to the seating area ,within 5 mins Chris (James ) collected me before my appointment time I may add! and the scan was explained and my information sheet was checked over . Scan performed with dignity and respect . Chris explained all the procedure clearly and in plain terms . He is a star !
