This is my second visit within a short space of time and my experiences of treatment have been excellent on both occasions. I am very impressed by the clear commitment on behalf of all the nursing staff to provide a high quality service with good outcomes. Equally impressive is evidence of empathetic patient interaction - time was spent dealing with issues that were important to me and all tasks were performed with effectiveness and cheerfulness. The experience of the actual operation was most positive - with all my questions being answered in a thorough manner. Again - I was impressed by the good humour and concern of all the medical/ therapeutic and surgical staff. I hope not to visit you again too soon - but I would not hesitate to recommend to others!
