I was treated with kindness and efficiency. Arriving to the ward in the evening feeling very vulnerable and in pain and was immediately put at ease with the quiet efficiency of the staff, the quiet atmosphere on the ward and the respect I was shown with staff introducing themselves and asking if they could call me by my first name (not taken for granted) and any request I had dealt with quickly. The only downside, arriving over the weekend the ward hygiene was not very noticeable but impressed over the week. Thank you for my stay.
