Felt I was very carefully looked after. Welcomed well in reception and taken through preliminaries in a relaxed, friendly and caring way by Tricia. Then very well thoughtfully and for during the process by Christine, who was very more of the process and explained things. Mr Allison was skilled and sensitive in conducting the endoscopy and talked me through and advised next steps and actions. Thank you to the whole team.
