Friendliness, compassion and care from the triage, A and E ward nurses. Nurses and doctors that listened to me. The only thing that have been better would have been slightly improved communication from the doctors about what they were testing for in the blood sample, what was found etc. Same for the X rays. Completing discharge paper work a little sooner. Overall, an outstanding experience of excellent care.
