From ringing 111 and an assessment being made was quite quick. Transferred to 999 ambulance service which arrived about 4 hours later. The 2 paramedics were very efficient, kind and caring. Spending an hour and more in carrying out clinical assessment. Transferred to A and E where very thorough checks were carried out by various staff. All were extremely helpful in dealing with any requisite/needs from both the patient and myself. (husband).
