All the staff tried their best against very difficult odds. Lots of the patients were very old and difficult to keep happy. Some old me were shouting and quite threatening. I felt worried and to be honest, quite unsafe, despite the presence of a very burly security guard! But all the hospital staff tried their best to calm things down. To crown it all, one poor lady had an epileptic fit which caused no end of a rumpus!
