Wonderful staff very reassuring. Waiting time a little long (2 Hrs) which heightens anxiety, BUT the nursing team coped brilliantly and I guess the surgeon is overworked and supposed to be in two places at once! No complaints though. Might help to know where you are in the queue as everyone booked in at ae time so maybe staggering the in coming times in twenty minute slots would leave patients in the waiting room working it out for themselves. The British like an organised queue! Post op instructions very thorough but worth emphasising booking your check up immediately I did it the following day and Frith's only had to appointment times for the week I needed. Great cup of tea and I could hold hands with that nurse all day(don't tell the wife) Thank you so much you do a BRILLIANT JOB.
