The care my nana has received from all of the staff on this ward to excellent from the sisters to the HCA's.
The only thing which I think cold improve.
The ward would be a day room for the patients which could perhaps have activities in there like games (Domino's, cards, etc).
Knitting, TV etc, other than that.
