Caring, hard working staff who are friendly and helpful.
Good facilities - showers, drinks, comfortable beds.
There could be improvement in communication between the various departments/doctor/staff change ward. It would be nice to be under one consultant care as it can sometimes be confusing when you receive different care plans between the doctor and the next or if it is not as clear on the medical notes for the nursing team or midwives to follow.

Attentive, always happy to help and provide assistance.
One doctor (paediatrician - junior) failed to introduce herself. All other members of staff were fantastic.

All of the staff on Lawson Talk ward Wrexham Maelar were so friendly and helpful. They were always on hand to help with my baby or to give me any advice or information I needed. They made mine and my baby's stay at the hospital as pleasant as it could be at a worrying time.
