I have been in a number of departments/ wards in the last 4 months due to my mum having breast cancer - all teams she has been under have been friendly, caring and utterly committed to providing the best service they could despite the constant pressures. Thanks to staff in radiology, the shooting star unit, pharmacy, A&E, Bonnie ward, and the admissions ward you have all impressed me so much with your dedication.

I was in for a knee operation and then moved to Prince of Wales ward after surgery. From the minute I arrived in Erddig ward (arrivals) I was treated with great care and made to feel comfortable and relaxed on a day I had been dreading! All the staff, from the surgeon to all the nurses and auxiliary staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for me, even staff in the theatre continued to make me feel comfortable moments before the surgery began when I'd expected to be very anxious! I was delighted to receive such excellent care especially at a time when the NHS seems to get so much criticism!! Thank you :)
